I am writing to recommend your consideration of John Ayres.

I have supervised John in his adjunct teaching efforts since I joined Davenport University in September of 2003 and can confidently share the following observations:

John thrives in an environment of minimal direction and maximum change. Recently DU has modified it's academic calendar, programs, procedures and entire curriculum. John is one of the few instructors who kept pace with the extraordinary level of new learning required.

John demonstrates strong competence in his teaching efforts – student feedback consistently places him among our top-performing instructors.

John values lifelong learning and models this belief to our students – to enhance his teaching credentials and versatility, John has completed 21 credits toward a Post Graduate Strategic Management Certificate and has begun coursework toward a Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.
